Downloads showed fluctuations, with a dip in January to around 4K and a recovery to over 6K by the end of March. Weekly active users saw a significant uptick from approximately 61K in December to nearly 79K by March's end, indicating a growing user base.
Conversely, British Airways did not generate revenue through the app, but its downloads and active users revealed user engagement trends. Downloads hovered between 2.5K and 4.1K, with a slight decrease as the quarter progressed.
